I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right beside Plaza Mayor and near everything in Salamanca. The staff was extremely helpful; they even offered to upgrade our original booking to accommodate my mobility needs. However, the room I stayed in, although large, overlooked an inside patio with just walls around, which wasn't very appealing. The facilities were great overall, and the price was reasonable for what was offered.
